It’s easy to order your custom TLC design.
Just follow these easy steps:
1. Choose the style you would like.
2. Select the size of the item, when
available: (SM, MED, LG, Jr, Mrs, Etc.)
3. Let your creative or practical side show
through by choosing the basic color for
your item. (A few items do have the
option of two colors, check catalog for
this option.) Use the four letter color
abbreviations.
4. Choose a trim color. Trim includes
webbing, zipper and thread color.
5. Many items have a liner. You may
choose the color that you would like or
a color will be chosen for you. The liners
have standard complimenting zipper.
This also includes the velcro color.
6. Is the existing handle length correct for
you? Or would you like to add the
standard 6” EL ($3.00) or custom
length ($5.00).
7. Your final step is to personalize your
item with a monogram. Your
monograms may be placed anywhere
on the item (depending on available
space). You may put more than one
monogram on your item in as many
different locations as you like.
Your design consultant has a complete
monogram notebook which will show
the actual size, color breakdowns and
thread colors available.
8. Increase the versatility of your TLC item
by selecting from our “stand alone”
options.
“Stand alone” options: Board, shoulder
strap (ARSS), key spring (KSH), plastic
inserts, scarf, wristlet strap.

Virtually all of TLC’s Products are machine washable! Other brands
require dry cleaning, spot cleaning or may not even be cleanable.
When your TLC products get dirty, remove any boards from the inside
then just throw your products in the washing machine using warm
water and mild soap. Let them air or line dry and they are good to go
again.
One reason is that we use only the finest raw materials like Cordura
Plus nylon and YKK zippers.
Another reason is the design of the products. For example, we bind all
interior seams. The result, no fraying of fibers and no broken threads
due to keys, pens, cleats on sports shoes and other items carried
inside.
Everything at TLC is handcrafted to your specifications and undergoes
careful quality control.
We want you as a life-long customer and guarantee our products to be
free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three full
years! If at any time during the three years anything goes wrong with
your TLC product (other than neglect or abuse) just ship it with your
receipt prepaid to us and we’ll fix or replace it at no cost to you. Even
after the warranty period is over we’ll fix a TLC product for a service
fee. No one else in this business offers such a bold guarantee!
