V A-1 California Environmental Quality Act - Notice of Exemption The Performing Arts facility will be within existing school grounds and will serve the existing student population. The project will not increase the student population by over 25% and therefore is exempt. This notice is required by the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and opens the window for public comment and/or concerns to be expressed. After acceptance, the document will be recorded at the county clerk’s office and with the State Clearing House. Public comment will continue to be received for 35 days, after which the decision may not be challenged. V A-2 Obtain Bids - Student Services Modernization This is a state and locally funded project. Construction costs are estimated at $1,698,000, including the District share of $257,000. V B-2 Regular Status: Armie Caasi Ms. Caasi has received a satisfactory job performance evaluation and the recommendation for regular status and a step increase by her supervisor. V B-3 Transfer Request: Erin Lockett All Board policies and procedures and the CSEA Collective Bargaining Agreement were adhered to during the transfer process.
