DMAC Who’s Next Gallery Winner<br />
When it comes to art, no matter how much natural talent an artist might have, it never<br />
hurts to get an education to help foster and guide that talent in the right direction.<br />
Digital Media Arts College in Boca Raton is home to hundreds of young artists who are<br />
channeling their talents through the school’s curriculum and preparing for careers in the arts. In our last<br />
issue, we premiered The DMAC Who’s Next Gallery, where we featured digital artwork and photography<br />
from seven DMAC students. We invited our readers to email us with their votes for the artist who should<br />
be featured in this issue. The winner is Angelo Lumas, a talented and goal-oriented artist who clearly<br />
deserved the win. Here’s how he did it.<br />
I’ve never entered in a competition<br />
before. When I saw that my design<br />
was qualified to win a full page in<br />
<strong>WeMerge</strong> <strong>Magazine</strong>, I set a goal to<br />
help me win. My goal was: ‘ I need<br />
to get 5 votes a day’. No matter<br />
what, I said to myself, ‘Lets get to<br />
work Angelo!’<br />
