Program Requirements
Intensive programs of instruction commensurate
to student needs which provide, to the extent
possible:
1) individualized and accelerated instruction,
2) sheltered content area instruction, and
3) at elementary grade levels, primary
language instruction, as well as English, in
all content areas where Bilingual programs
are required.
