•Produced in two outer shell sizes of<br />

injected polycarbonate GE Lexan ® , keeping the helmet’s weight to a<br />

minimum and proportionate to the rider’s size; the dimensionally correct<br />

sizing allows ample cubic volume in the chin/nose area<br />

•Innovative ventilation system is also equipped with an air intake in the chin<br />

guard, an air intake in the frontal area and two rear extractors recycling air<br />

inside the helmet<br />

•The pivoting chin bar with stainless steel latching mechanism and patented elliptical trajectory to bring the<br />

chin bar closer to the helmet<br />

•The exclusive dual-action chin guard opening system is positioned in the center of the chin guard, allowing<br />

for easy, one-handed opening<br />

•VPS (Vision Protection System) provides an internal scratch-resistant and fog-resistant sunshield which is<br />

lowered by a slider and retracted instantly by a new button on the lower trim of the helmet<br />

•New Pinlock ® anti-fog insert with silicone-seal mounts in a recess inside the clear shield<br />

•New Airbooster ® system from the front air intakes to the exhaust vents in the back; system channels the air<br />

through tubes to disperse it efficiently along the crown of the helmet<br />

•The forehead vents can be opened independently from the top vents to customize the airflow in the helmet<br />

•Equipped with a new lighter/smaller Microlock2 ® system, which consists of a plastic ergonomic opening lever<br />

and a second aluminum toothed and holding lever that releases the micrometric strip – the chin strap can<br />

only be opened with a very broad rotation of the opening lever<br />

•Velour chin-strap padding<br />

•Fully removable and washable four-piece Clima-Comfort ® padding is wicking, breathable and treated with natural silver salt to be antibacterial<br />

and antifungal<br />

•The shape of the inner comfort padding facilitates eyeglass wearing and the reflective insert at the center of the removable roll neck further<br />

improves the rider’s visibility at night<br />

•Eyeport is the largest of any Nolan ® , both vertically and laterally, increasing safety by providing superior vision<br />

•Reflective panels on the neck roll and the chin curtain improve visibility at night for safety<br />

•Helmet is N-COM ready; by purchasing and installing Nolan’s N-COM system, the helmet will be capable of connecting to an MP3 player, CD, GPS<br />

navigation system or cellular phone and allow driver-to-passenger communication or bike-to-bike communication through cable or wireless<br />

Bluetooth ® ; see pages 157-159<br />

•Outlaw replaces the standard Nolan badging with a small chrome insignia<br />
