regardless of the ability to pay. We use a<br />
sliding scale based on family size and<br />
income to determine each patient’s share of<br />
cost.<br />
Treating the Whole Patient<br />
We also accept Medicare, Medicaid,<br />
<strong>Health</strong>Right/Alliance, Unison, Chartered<br />
<strong>Health</strong>/Alliance, and some private insurance.<br />

While we strive to provide the best care possible,<br />
your health center may be closed on<br />

In the event that you need emergency or<br />
urgent care and the health center is closed,<br />
please go to the nearest emergency room.<br />

hours, a <strong>Unity</strong> <strong>Health</strong> <strong>Care</strong> provider can be<br />
