Sabina Piscoya is a 15-year experience English teacher and<br />

in state primary education in the UK, Andrew Sheehan became<br />
involved in ELT. After working as an ELT consultant in Mexico for<br />
six years, he joined the British Council as an ELT consultant and<br />
worked as trainer-trainer, mentor-trainer, and teacher-trainer in<br />
Eastern Europe and Kazakhstan.<br />
From 2003 – 2006 he was the Senior ELT consultant with the<br />
Chilean Ministry of Education’s English Opens Doors Programme<br />
