Scooters. “Augie” comes
from Charles Dessommes
middle name, Auguste.
Augie’s Scooters is a
service-oriented, all scooter
store. “When someone
buys a scooter from us,”
explains Ms. Linda
Dessommes, owner, “it is
ready to ride. We provide
them with a temporary
license plate, register the
scooter with the DMV,
and send them their permanent
plate in the mail.”
Augie’s will give free estimates
on any service or
repair, whether you
bought your scooter at
Augie’s or not.

being so unstable, it’s a
