Guideline: Ensure walkable, bikeable access to recreational facilities
for all community members.
• Recommendation: If feasible, provide an additional community recreation facility
within the Healthy Places study area.
• Recommendation: Evaluate accessibility gaps (such as distance, costs, cultural
barriers). Identify methods to overcome these gaps and maximize use of the facility
by all residents in Southeast Arvada.
