Application for empanelment<br />

Category – IX – Training (Basic): State Level<br />

Conditions to be satisfied for Training (Basic) State Level Category<br />

1 Application fee <strong>of</strong> Rs.1000/-(non-refundable) in <strong>the</strong> form <strong>of</strong> Demand Draft from any<br />

nationalized/scheduled bank, in <strong>the</strong> name <strong>of</strong> <strong>Secretary</strong>, e-<strong>Gov</strong>ernance, DPAR (AR),<br />

Bangalore, payable at Bangalore, is to be enclosed with <strong>the</strong> application.<br />

2 The Annual Turnover <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> company should be more than Rs.25 lakhs for each <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> last 3<br />

years and Permanent Assets should be more than Rs.10 lakhs<br />

3 The Company should have conducted at least two long term courses (each course <strong>of</strong> 150 hours or<br />

more) and Six short term courses (each course more than 30 hours) in <strong>the</strong> area <strong>of</strong> ei<strong>the</strong>r (a)<br />

Computer usage (b) MS <strong>Office</strong> or equivalent product and (c) mail and Internet usage.<br />

3 The Company should have Conducted Corporate Training Programs <strong>of</strong> more than one-month<br />

duration for at least two major clients whose turnover is more than Rs.20 crores.<br />

4 The Company should have trained more than 600 students per year for each <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> last 3 years<br />

5 The Company’s training assets such as computers, printers, UPS etc. should be more than Rs.10<br />

lakhs.<br />

6 TheCompany should have developed training material (Theory & hands on) and should also have<br />

a computerized examination package for evaluation <strong>the</strong> performance.<br />

7 The Company should specify <strong>the</strong> details <strong>of</strong> various types <strong>of</strong> training conducted during last three<br />

years along with <strong>the</strong> training statistics<br />

8 The Company should have at least one well furnished training center in each districts <strong>of</strong><br />

<strong>Karnataka</strong> state with minimum <strong>of</strong> 1 server, 10 Desktops, 2 printers, 1 projector, 5 KVA UPS,<br />

Internet Connectivity and 2 class rooms with 15 sitting capacity.<br />

9 The Company should have qualified Teaching Staff and Training Assistants<br />

(List and Details should be enclosed)<br />

10 The Company should own <strong>the</strong> required legal s<strong>of</strong>tware for various trainings. (List to be enclosed)<br />

11 The Company should be ISO 9001 certified. Certification by DOECC or similar agencies<br />

such as NBA, AICTE, Micros<strong>of</strong>t, Oracle, Sun etc. is desirable. If <strong>the</strong> Company is not<br />

certified as on <strong>the</strong> date <strong>of</strong> submitting <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> application for empanelment, it has to produce<br />

ISO-9001 certificate on or before 31-03-2007.<br />

12 The Company, which is empanelled should not sub-contract <strong>the</strong> assigned training activity <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />

Department and be able to impart computer training as per <strong>the</strong> requirement <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Department
