Prepaid
1. Mail cashier’s checks, certified checks, or money orders to:

or conveniently order with your credit card.

2. Bank wires may be sent directly to Master Tanning, Inc.’s bank.
Call for details.
3. We reserve the right to hold company or personal checks for 10
business days before releasing shipment.
Shipping
1. We ground ship the best possible way for your order
and location.
2. All freight will be shipped prepaid unless prior arrangements
are made.
3. Prepaid orders will be shipped within 36 hours (based on
availability) excluding weekends and holidays.
4. Air freight is available upon request.
5. Damaged orders must be reported within 4 business days
of delivery.
Notice
1. All sales are final. A cancelled order is subject to a 20%
processing fee. Shipping and handling fees will be paid by
the customer.
2. We reserve the right to change prices and product design at
any time.

Important Note
Important Power Requirements For Tanning Equipment:
Today’s 220-volt equipment is extremely sensitive! Since electrical
voltages vary from place to place, the output and life of tanning
lamps can be affected. For equipment to operate properly and to
make it last longer, we may suggest installation of a buck booster
transformer to adjust the electrical voltage. Please see the electrical
requirements for your equipment on the earlier pages located at the
top of the feature list. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate
to call your sales representative.
DANGER: Equipment advertised herein emit ultraviolet radiation.
Follow usage instructions listed on the device. Avoid overexposure.
As with natural sunlight, overexposure can cause eye and skin injury
and allergic reactions. Repeated exposure may cause premature
aging of the skin and skin cancer. WEAR PROTECTIVE EYEWEAR;
FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN SEVERE BURNS OR LONG
TERM INJURY TO EYES. Medications or cosmetics may increase
your sensitivity to ulraviolet radiation. Consult physician before
using any tanning equipment if you are using any medications or
have a history of skin problems or your are or believe yourself to
be especially sensitive to sunlight. If you do not tan in the sun, you
are unlikely to tan from the use of tanning equipment. Before use,
review the recommended exporsure position, exposure schedule
and certified lamp type(s) described on the labeling of each device.
Read the warning label and instructions on any tanning equipment
advertised herein that you purchase.
