There are some limits on the kinds of belongings and property we will
cover and the amounts blanket coverage will pay. These are shown in
Added Features of Your Part 1 Coverage
We give you some “added features” along with your regular coverage.
There is no extra cost. These could be special types of coverage
available to you. They could be special uses of your regular coverage
protection, otherwise, they are part of that amount.
Arson Conviction Reward
We will pay $1,000 for information which leads to a conviction for arson in
connection with a fire loss to property insured by this policy. The amount
we pay adds to your total amount of protection. However, the $1,000 limit
will not be increased regardless of the number of persons providing
information. This coverage is not subject to a deductible.
Automatic Acquisitions
employment away from your home. The loss must be due to a cause for
which your own belongings are covered. Your guests or employees must
not have any coverage on their belongings. All claims will be settled
directly with you.
Debris Removal
You may have us pay to remove debris from your premises if your
insured property has been damaged or destroyed by an insured peril.
