o It is defined as the shortest time to<br />

maximum positive or negative deflection in<br />

any precordial lead divided by the <strong>QRS</strong><br />

duration.<br />

o A cut-off value of 0.55 has high sensitivity<br />

(100%) and specificity (98%) for epicardial<br />

VT.<br />
