Let’s read a question-answer mentioned on page 330 of the<br />
book ‘Parday kay Bāray mayn Suwāl Jawāb’ comprising of 397<br />
pages, published by Maktaba-tul-Madina, a publishing organ<br />
of <strong>Dawat</strong>-e-<strong>Islami</strong>:<br />
Question: Out of lustful desire, how is it to promote intimacy<br />
and friendship with an Amrad by virtue of gifts and feasts?<br />
Answer: Such a friendship is impermissible and Ḥarām. Jurists<br />
of <strong><strong>Islami</strong>c</strong> law have warned up to the extent, ‘Looking at an<br />
Amrad lustfully is Ḥarām.’ (Durr-e-Mukhtār, pp. 98, vol. 2) & (Tafsīrāt<br />
Aḥmadiyyaĥ, p. 559) And sharing gift or arranging feast for an<br />
Amrad out of lust is Harām and leads to the Hell.<br />
