Terms & Conditions of Trading<br />

In the event of cancellation of any confirmed booking by a<br />

client a cancellation fee shall be paid to the company<br />

calculated as follows:<br />

The total charge is applicable if notice of cancellation is<br />

received less than 14 days prior to the commencement date<br />

of the function.<br />

50% of the total charge if notice of cancellation is received<br />

between 14 & 28 days prior to the commencement date of<br />

the function<br />

The cancellation fee will be based on the numbers given at<br />

the time of booking and includes all items pre-booked.<br />

All accounts are payable within 14 days of the receipt of<br />

invoice. The company reserves the right to charge interest<br />

at 2.5% per month compounded monthly on all<br />

overdue accounts.<br />

The client will be responsible for any damage caused to<br />

<strong>Middlesbrough</strong> Football Club or the furnishings, utensils and<br />

equipment therein by the wilful act or default of the customers<br />

or guests of the client and shall pay the Company on<br />

demand the amount required to make good or remedy any<br />

such damage.<br />

The client must ensure that any equipment not supplied by<br />

<strong>Middlesbrough</strong> Football Club complies with British Safety<br />

Standards and <strong>Middlesbrough</strong> Football Club are notified of<br />

its amp loading. <strong>Middlesbrough</strong> Football Club must also be<br />

notified of outlet requirements.<br />

A signed confirmation of your booking is required. This<br />

represents acceptance of the conditions of trading. The<br />

company reserves the right to cancel or to change the timings<br />

of a function due to football commitments.<br />
