ON THE COVER: “New Day in Lowertown” by Tom Reynen<br />
Tom Reynen is a photographer living in Shoreview after growing up in St. Paul and attending St. Agnes High School and the<br />
College of St. Thomas. He is one of 10 members of the AZ Gallery, an artists’ co-op in Lowertown, where his work is on display.<br />
Tom is on the boards of Gallery 96, a non-profits organization which promotes the arts in the northern St. Paul suburbs, and<br />
The Show, which provides opportunities for artists with disabilities to display and sell their work. He is a member of the Twin<br />
Cities Photography Group and has taught classes there. He is also currently vice-president of the St. Paul Art Collective.<br />
