and Business Process Management (BPM). IMS PREMIUM enables the simple
design, control and optimization of processes. All business processes are clearly
represented and comprehensively described. The multi-level process structure is
clearly organized from the process overview down to the individual activities.
Process modeling is easy to use. The relevant information, documents and
