The unit was delisted in the meeting of 25.09.09 as it
was not producing plywood or veneer. The unit has
represented against it on 22.10.2009 but has not
submitted any paper to support its claim. It has
submitted an application addressed to DM for NOC
for running Veneer machine.He was never granted
such NOC. In his application he has only shown his
intention to establish a peeling machine.Application
is REJECTED

letter of fire department is not genuine.Application is

Reverification of records
Allotted Cat I for Plywood and veneer.Unit is claiming
2 press and 2 peelers in category 1. Trade Tax deptt
has verified that unit was manufacturing veneer
since 1988-89.As per Trade Tax assessment order of
95-96 the survey of 18.12.95 showed presence of
only one hot press. The unit was asked to explain the
position with proof of payment for bills etc. but could
not present any satisfactory reply. Hence it was
decided that the Category need not be changed but
the machinery be reduced to ONE hot press and ONE
peeler and the remaining one press and one peeler
be closed down.

partners
The unit has changed hands and as per th eproposal
sent by DLC vide letter no 2213/37-1 dt 05.12.09 of
DFO Saharanpur the new partners are Sri Ashok
Kumar s/o Sri Hari ram, Sri Mahavir Bansal s/o Sri
Subhash Bansal and Sri Ankit Goel s/o Sri Ashok Goel.
They are registered as new partners in DIC and TT
Deptt also. Hence it was decided that the new
partners be entered as current owners of the unit.
