NEW MEMBERS & PARTNERS Accumulated Ocean Energy Accumulated Ocean Energy (AOE) is a compressed air energy company that was incorporated in February 2013. AOE is able to capture the unlimited power of natural ocean swells and waves and convert this energy into usable green energy. DX3 Enterprises DX3 Enterprises is a green technology company. The main focus of the company is in two product lines. The first is the DX3 pulsar anti-islanding technology. The second product line is cold climate solar street lights, designed for northern Canada, built in northern Canada. The DX3 Pulsar is newly patented technology that simplifies connection of distributed generators to the utility grid. It provides point to multi-point connection to one or more distributed generators connected to a single substation outfitted with the DX3 Pulsar signal generator. The DX3 Pulsar gives utility operations control of the connection of remote distributed generators while providing fail-safe anti-islanding protection. The implementation is also more economic than traditional direct transfer trip connections. The DX3-3001S, S for sub-arctic, is the solar street light product offering, providing 3000 Lumens of output from an LED fixture that is powered by a solar panel/ battery combination mounted on the light pole. The solar panel and battery are rated for the cold temperatures of northern Canada and the power consumption of the fixture is optimized to account for the short winter days. The system is designed for three days of autonomous operation without charging due to inclement weather and requires one day of sunlight to fully recharge. Additionally, AOE has addressed the needs for Compressed Air Expander technology and Reverse Osmosis technology (patents pending). AOE has operating locations in Sooke, British Columbia Canada and Boulder, Colorado US. The US location is expected to shift to Oregon within the next six months. The first operational array is due to launch in 2015 in order to provide a source of clean energy as well as depuration of shellfish. It is envisioned that AOE technology will become a significant source of both green energy and clean drinking water for isolated communities, island nations and water scarce coastal areas around the world.
