It contains two portions, a geographic locaiton <geogLocation>, and a local location <localSiteXY>. In order to be discovered spatially, geogLocation is required. The geogLocation can be of GeogLocationType, which at present is either a latLonPoint or a latLongBox. There may be multiple localSiteXY, which might be used by data sources to provide other coordinated system information, like UTM and State Plane coordinates.
