Be<strong>in</strong>g fully briefed, Petitioner’s motion for reconsideration is deemed submitted and is<br />

denied. Although ARM 24.5.337(1) allows for reconsideration of any order or decision of<br />

the Workers’ <strong>Co</strong>mpensation <strong>Co</strong>urt, which would <strong>in</strong>clude an order deny<strong>in</strong>g a motion for<br />

reconsideration, the <strong>in</strong>terests of judicial economy and f<strong>in</strong>ality mandate that the <strong>Co</strong>urt will<br />

enterta<strong>in</strong> motions for “re-reconsideration” only under compell<strong>in</strong>g circumstances. The <strong>Co</strong>urt<br />

f<strong>in</strong>ds no such circumstances <strong>in</strong> the present c<strong>as</strong>e. To the extent that Petitioner raises a new<br />

argument which w<strong>as</strong> not raised <strong>in</strong> either his response <strong>to</strong> <strong>International</strong> <strong>Paper</strong>’s motion <strong>to</strong><br />

dismiss, by way of Petitioner’s own motion before <strong>International</strong> <strong>Paper</strong> w<strong>as</strong> dismissed from<br />

this suit, or <strong>in</strong> Petitioner’s first motion for reconsideration, the <strong>Co</strong>urt does not reach the<br />

merits of this argument because it is be<strong>in</strong>g raised for the first time <strong>in</strong> Petitioner’s second<br />

motion for reconsideration. Petitioner h<strong>as</strong> offered no compell<strong>in</strong>g re<strong>as</strong>on why this argument<br />

w<strong>as</strong> not raised before a second motion for reconsideration. Absent such a compell<strong>in</strong>g<br />

re<strong>as</strong>on, the <strong>Co</strong>urt will not consider an issue that h<strong>as</strong> not been raised previously despite<br />

ample opportunity <strong>to</strong> do so.<br />
