SUPER COLD
The Super Cold is an innovative refrigeration
system using super-cooling technology to
take the temperature of beer to 25°F without
freezing it. This unique technology provides
a way to serve customers ultra cold beer
that also stays cold longer. Deliver on what
today’s beer drinker wants – new ways to
experience beer.
The coldest temperature ice or an ice/
water bath can achieve is 32°F if standard
refrigeration and packaging is turned down.
The Super Cold uses technology to chill beer
to 25°F without freezing, aluminum bottles
must be used.
How long does it take to bring the beer down
to 25°F? As a guide, if the beer is 45°F when
loaded, and you are replacing half the beer
in the unit, it normally takes 4 to 5 hours to
chill to 25°F. Chill down for beer at room
temperature (70°F) could take 7 to 8 hours.
Allow 12 hours for chill down for an empty
reload.
