Aim of the course<br />

The course offers an overview on two important aspects of reproductive<br />

medic<strong>in</strong>e: polycystic ovary syndrome (<strong>PCOS</strong>) <strong>and</strong> poor ovarian response<br />

(POR). Both these conditions have a high impact on daily practice <strong>and</strong><br />

represent a challenge for reproductive physicians. This meet<strong>in</strong>g is<br />

dedicated to provid<strong>in</strong>g new <strong><strong>in</strong>sights</strong> on these topics, with an <strong>in</strong>teractive<br />

program where each lecture is followed by specific cases studies <strong>and</strong><br />

work<strong>in</strong>g groups <strong>in</strong> order to provide participants with both up-to-date<br />

knowledge <strong>and</strong> the possibility to share their experiences each other’s<br />

<strong>and</strong> with the speakers.<br />

• Identify current evidence-based recommendation to achieve the best<br />

management <strong>in</strong> <strong>PCOS</strong> <strong>and</strong> POR <strong>patients</strong><br />

• Tailor<strong>in</strong>g the best protocol for <strong>patients</strong> undergo<strong>in</strong>g ART<br />

• M<strong>in</strong>imize the risks of OHSS <strong>in</strong> <strong>PCOS</strong> <strong>patients</strong> undergo<strong>in</strong>g ART<br />

Target audience<br />

This program is designed for cl<strong>in</strong>icians work<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong> assisted reproductive<br />

medic<strong>in</strong>e, who want to acquire up-to date <strong>in</strong>formation for improv<strong>in</strong>g their<br />
