In a distant land,
where promises last,
where love is forever,
where we laugh like the careless souls we are
forgetting everything, but the passion I see through your eyes—
I am one with the wind, in a mystical land.
In a distant land,
stars glisten above the evergreen trees;
stripping away every pain I endured;
I have not a care in the world;
in a promising land.
White clouds dance, and flowers sway;
melting my heart with the remedy of my past.
We are compatible, and we are together; alas,
in a distant land.
