• You are au<strong>to</strong>matically enrolled in the <strong>Northrop</strong><br />
<strong>Grumman</strong> Savings Plan at a contribution rate of<br />
2% per pay period 45 days after your date of hire<br />
• Your contributions are deducted on a tax-deferred<br />
basis and contributed <strong>to</strong> the Retirement Path that<br />
most closely targets the year in which you will<br />
reach normal retirement age<br />
• If you do not want <strong>to</strong> participate in the <strong>Northrop</strong><br />
<strong>Grumman</strong> Savings Plan, you must log on <strong>to</strong> My<br />
<strong>Benefits</strong> Access <strong>to</strong> decline enrollment<br />
