History<br />
Mass media has been the bloodmark of then young<br />
broadcast journalist Roy Bato, <strong>IBS</strong> President, who worked<br />
in radio and television media in Davao City during the<br />
1990s. After managing a popular radio station soaring<br />
Davao airwaves, he decided to put himself up to greater<br />
challenges in print and broadcast media in Manila.<br />
Having wide knowledge of the industry, he was<br />
invited to join the Publishers Association of the Philippines<br />
(PAPI) in 2000 as the PAPI President’s Chief-of-Staff.<br />
Developing keen and precise interest to digital media, he<br />
began to explore and seize better opportunities in the<br />
Information Technology (IT) industry by continually educating<br />
and preparing himself with the appropriate tools in the<br />
field.<br />
Following this passion, he kick-started FishWink Tri Media<br />
Services, an IT business solutions company offering IT-related<br />
services to small and mid-sized businesses. Fishwink was officially<br />
launched in 2004 with 3 prominent institutions on his portfolio<br />
namely the Catholic Mass Media Awards (CMMA), Motorola Philippines<br />
and the Publishers Association of the Philippines.<br />
With the growing demands of IT services from grahpic<br />
designs, print services to IT outsourcing and web development,<br />
the demands for cost effective business solutions grew in proportion.<br />
The group started to focus on on offering various IT business<br />
solutions and test-rolled software development in 2009. The fiery<br />
interest led to the gathering of experienced programmers that<br />
wielded such expertise. This paved the way for the establishment of<br />
<strong>IBS</strong> Worldwide. A company bent on offering low-cost but effective<br />
solutions and software development that will fit the needs of any<br />
range of businesses in and outside the country.<br />
Today, <strong>IBS</strong> Worldwide has proven its worth in developing<br />
low-cost but highly efficient software solutions in several IT fields<br />
such as web development, IT consulting and outsourcing, software<br />
development, and other IT arena such as Enterprise Resource Planning<br />
or ERP. Developing reliable and very efficient business applications<br />
- point of sale (POS), inventory system, centralized system<br />
