Rigoberto Antonio Huanchicay Barcos “Rigoh” Rio de Janero, Brazil Rigoh was born in Chile and studied visual arts at the University of Chile. He traveled to Rio de Janero, Brazil and settled there. This is where he found porcelain art. He was encouraged by friends to teach painting and has become very successful.
