All orders are accepted subject to our terms and conditions set out below:<br />
New Accounts: For the first three months or 6 orders trading with us, orders<br />
received are to be paid cheque or cash on delivery. Subsequent orders may be on<br />
account subject to the relevant checks on bank and trade references. Forms are<br />
available on application from the office or via the web-site www.cotswold-fayre.co.uk<br />

Value Added Tax: VAT is charged at the prevailing rate to all items marked ‘S’ in<br />
the price list<br />

Payment: All invoices are to be paid within 30 days following delivery.<br />
If payments are not received by the due date, Cotswold Fayre will charge the buyer<br />
interest 5% above base rate, calculated on a daily basis, on outstanding amounts<br />
until paid in full. Any bank charges incurred, such as unpaid cheques, will be<br />
passed to the buyer. Cotswold Fayre reserves the right to remove the credit facility<br />
if payments are frequently late or unpaid. Accounts passed to the debt collectors<br />
will automatically be returned to C.O.D. and excess charges incurred by so doing<br />
passed to the customer.<br />
Title of Goods: All goods will remain the property of Cotswold Fayre until paid for<br />
in full, but the risk will pass to the buyer on delivery. Cotswold Fayre reserve the<br />
right to remove from the buyer’s premises all goods which have not been paid for<br />
by the due date, and the buyer is deemed to consent to Cotswold Fayre entering its<br />
premises for that purpose until payment is made in full.<br />

Prices: Prices sometimes change at short notice, and Cotswold Fayre reserve the<br />
right to pass onto the buyer any price increase imposed by its supplier between the<br />
date of an order for and the date of delivery of goods.<br />
Claims: On occasion that there may be a discrepancy or shortage of the order, or if<br />
the goods are damaged, the buyer must advise Cotswold Fayre within three working<br />
days of delivery<br />
Returns: No returns will be accepted unless prior arrangements have been made.<br />
Cotswold Fayre cannot give credit for goods that are already price marked.<br />
Sell-by-Date: The buyer must ensure correct stock rotation as we are unable to give<br />
refunds for stock that remains unsold after its ‘best before’ date.<br />

Deliveries: Cotswold Fayre aims to deliver when promised. However, late or<br />
un-booked in deliveries cannot be accepted as a reason for refusing goods unless<br />
the buyer lets Cotswold Fayre know in writing before the goods are despatched.
