Join us for our <strong>WSSRA</strong> Traveling Adventure trip. Participants will enjoy traveling to St. Louis, Missouri. The trip will include transportation, hotel<br />
and 3 meals per day, as well as admission to all activities. Participants will need to provide their own spending money.<br />
Come see what St. Louis has to offer! Visit the St. Louis Arch, tour Bush Stadium, and maybe take a wild ride on a roller coaster at Six Flags,<br />
St. Louis.<br />
Monday, August 17 - Thursday, August 20, 2009<br />
Fee:<br />
$675.00 for this vacation trip (Excluding spending money.)<br />
Price may vary by $100 based on group size.<br />
A $250.00 non-refundable deposit is due upon registration. Refunds will be considered if a physicians note prohibiting travel accompanies<br />
your request for refund or another <strong>WSSRA</strong> participant is able to go on late notice.<br />
NO SCHOLARSHIPS ARE AVAILABLE FOR THIS TRIP.<br />
<strong>WSSRA</strong> Staff: <strong>WSSRA</strong> will provide a minimum of a 4:1 participant to staffing ratio. A minimum of 1 Full Time staff will be in attendance.<br />
Eligible Participants:<br />
♦ Participants who are responsible for independent personal care including feeding, dressing & toileting.<br />
♦ Participants who are independent in mobility either walking or wheeling.<br />
♦ Participants who are successful socially at a 4:1 participant staffing ratio.<br />
♦ Participants who are devoid of emotional outbursts that require 1:1 staffing.<br />
♦ Participants who have had a successful overnight trip with <strong>WSSRA</strong> in the past. (This includes a <strong>Special</strong> Olympic overnight trip experience.)<br />
♦ Call Marianne Birko with questions concerning eligibility. (<strong>WSSRA</strong> reserves the right to determine if this trip is appropriate for an individual.)<br />
