Preventative Maintenance Service
To assure the highest chip quality and the avoidance
of any production disruptions, our service technicians
or mechanical engineers will schedule up to four
service visits. We will work with your maintenance
personnel at your location and help you obtain the
best results possible.

COST
No Capital Investment
Since the full service program means that we are
responsible for maintaining an inventory of spare
parts, you don’t have to worry about this cost in
your budget.
Known Fixed Cost
The PartnerChip program means that we charge
our customers a fixed monthly service fee. The cost
involved is based on a detailed study to ensure that
your company pays an equitable price for the services
we provide.

PERFORMANCE
Maintain Peak Performance of your Canter
During our visits we will evaluate the quality of the
finish of the lumber and chip samples will be taken.
Using our ScanChip ® analyser, we will provide a report
on the quality of the chips being produced.
