Citizen Science • Through Citizen Science we can collect large samples of data on bird species throughout a wide geographic area • Not a new concept. Citizen science type programs, such as the Christmas Bird Count (National <strong>Audubon</strong>) and the Breeding Bird Survey (USGS), have existed for decades
