Administrative history:
Born 14 May 1853 in Barnston, Eugene Arthur Baldwin was the son of John Percival Baldwin and Mary
Jeanette Baker. He marred Lennie Adele Wilcox 25 December 1872. They had three children together: Percival
Arthur, Pardon Wilcox and Blanche Jeanett.
Eugene died 30 November 1916 in Stanstead County.
