Organic Teff, gluten-free<br />
Teff (Eragrotis tef, Poa abyssinica Jacq,) is a gluten free grain. Aboriginal from Ethiopia, <strong>teff</strong><br />
is unadulterated, not distorted by hyper breeding. Thus it provi<strong>de</strong>s a <strong>de</strong>licious taste profile<br />
and a high valuable healthy image.<br />
On sustainability reasons, we do not import <strong>teff</strong> from Ethiopia. Ecosem/Prograin farm organic<br />
<strong>teff</strong> in Western Europe, and also support local farmer societies in Ethiopia and helps them to<br />
improve their yields and economical situation.<br />
Organic <strong>teff</strong> is produced from sound <strong>teff</strong> of controlled ecological cultivation, approved glutenfree<br />
purified, corresponding to the EEC regulations 834/2007and 889/2008.<br />
