valid only for him. Other human beings are<br />
free to make their own definitions. e end<br />
does not justify the means because, to the<br />
anarchist, neither the end nor the means<br />
require justification. e anarchist observes,<br />
describes, and accepts - not tolerates - without<br />
needing justification. He is free to decide and<br />
free to act, and he recognizes that same freedom<br />
in others.<br />
