Arrival at/ Departure from <strong>Saint</strong> Joseph’s <strong>College</strong><br />

Free van service between the Portland air, bus and train<br />

terminals and the campus (about a 30 minute ride) is available<br />

to all participants residing on campus. A van service request<br />

<strong>for</strong>m will be included in your registration in<strong>for</strong>mation. If you<br />

are staying <strong>of</strong>f campus, you are responsible <strong>for</strong> your own<br />

transportation.<br />

Course Tuition<br />

Tuition and fees <strong>for</strong> each course: $925<br />

Tuition and fees with Room & Board included: $1250<br />

Chemistry lab fee is $50<br />

The tuition includes course materials, as well as lunch<br />

and a <strong>Maine</strong> lobster bake at the college’s Bon Appétit Café.<br />

Tuiton with room & board also includes breakfast and dinner.<br />

Dining Services<br />

<strong>Saint</strong> Joseph’s food service, Bon Appétit, is committed<br />

to fresh, high quality ingredients and creative cooking. We<br />

think you will find their <strong>of</strong>ferings healthful, delicious, and<br />

unlike typical college fare. Meal service is cafeteria style and<br />

includes soups, hot entrees, deli selections, a salad bar that<br />

includes prepared cold salads, and a dessert and fruit bar.<br />

Participants choosing to stay <strong>of</strong>f campus are responsible <strong>for</strong><br />

arranging their own breakfast and dinner each day or may<br />

purchase meals at Bon Appétit.<br />

<strong>College</strong> Credit & CEUs<br />

Two graduate education credits (awarded by <strong>Saint</strong> Joseph’s<br />

<strong>College</strong>) are <strong>of</strong>fered <strong>for</strong> each <strong>AP</strong> course <strong>for</strong> an additional $250<br />

fee. Please indicate this on your registration <strong>for</strong>m. All participants<br />

will be awarded three Continuing Education Units (CEUs).<br />

Cancellation Policy<br />

A nonrefundable $100 deposit is required at the time <strong>of</strong><br />

registration to reserve your place. The balance is due July 13,<br />

2012. A P.O. from your school is considered full payment. Any<br />

cancellations received after July 13 will receive a 50% refund<br />

on the balance.<br />

The college reserves the right to cancel any course because<br />

<strong>of</strong> insufficient enrollment or <strong>for</strong> any other reason. Participants<br />

will receive a full refund.
