Ordering Guidelines Changes or Cancellations 24-Hour No changes or cancellations will be accepted on the 24-Hour IR FAST TRACK Program. 5-Day Because of the quick-ship nature of IR FAST TRACK, orders may be changed or cancelled only upon confirmation that the order has not shipped. The IR FAST TRACK policy is a $50.00 minimum charge, but the total charges are determined based on unrecoverable manufacturing costs. Change Order Request All change order requests must be in writing, unless an IR order entry error occurred. Freight Policy Customers orders in excess of $7,000 net (Exception: $5,000 net for Falcon Exits and Closers individually or combined) will be shipped freight prepaid by Ingersoll Rand* to a single determination point in the U.S. Orders less than this amount will ship prepaid and shipping and handling charge will be added to the customers invoice. All goods are shipped F.O.B. factory and become the customer’s property when they pass into the hands of the transportation company. Ingersoll-Rand reserves the right to use our choice of carrier. Ingersoll-Rand will ship as requested, freight collect, if the customer is willing to bear the entire expense and so indicates on the order. Minimum Order Size No minimum order size. $50.00 net.
