recommended to the Chief Secretary, Govt. <strong>of</strong> Maharashtra and Central<br />
Government (Ministry <strong>of</strong> Human Resource Development, Department <strong>of</strong> Higher<br />
Education) vide its letter dated 08.01.2008 for withdrawal <strong>of</strong> recognition <strong>of</strong><br />
architectural qualification i.e. B.Arch. degree imparted by this institution to the<br />
students admitted after November 01, 2006, as per Section 20 <strong>of</strong> Architects Act<br />
1972.
