will <strong>in</strong>clude discussion of <strong>in</strong>vestigational or unlabeled uses of a product.<br />

The <strong>in</strong>tent of this requirement is not to prevent a speaker with commercial<br />

affiliations from present<strong>in</strong>g, but ra<strong>the</strong>r to provide <strong>the</strong> participants with<br />

<strong>in</strong>formation from which <strong>the</strong>y may make <strong>the</strong>ir own judgments.<br />
