TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. PAYMENT TERMS
Are strictly nett and are payable on or before the last day of
the month following the month of despatch unless otherwise
agreed in writing.
2. PRICES
The schedule herein is a guide only, there is no obligation to
adhere to these prices.
Prices are subject to alteration without notice.
3. REQUEST FOR CREDIT
Return of goods are subject to company approval and are subject to
a 15% restocking fee.
Broken packages will not be accepted.
All claims for any reason must be made within 7 days from date
of delivery.
4. LIABILITY
No warranty shall be given or implied that goods supplied are suitable
for the buyers purpose unless such purpose has been specified and
agreed in writing, nor shall the company be liable for any damage
resulting from unsuitability for any purpose nor for any loss resulting
from third party claims.
5. RETENTION OF TITLE
Title to the products purchased by the buyer from Australian Riveting Supplies
will pass to the buyer only when all monies owing to Australian Riveting
Supplies in relation to products ordered by and delivered to the buyer have
been paid in full.
Australian Riveting Supplies may take possession of, and sell, any unpaid
products in the event the buyer defaults or becomes insolvent.
6. ORDER VALUE/DELIVERIES
A freight fee will be charged for orders under $300.00 Net Value.
