More than fifty years ago one musical changed theater forever. Now it’s back, 

and mesmerizing audiences once again. From the first note to the final 

breath, West Side Story soars as the greatest love story of all time. Directed 

by David Saint, using Tony Award-winning librettist Arthur Laurents’ Broadway 

direction, West Side Story remains as powerful, poignant and timely 

as ever. The new Broadway cast album of West Side Story recently won the 

2010 Grammy Award for Best Musical Show Album. The Bernstein and Sondheim 

score is considered to be one of Broadway’s finest and features such 

classics of the American musical theatre as “Something’s Coming,” “Tonight,” 

“America,” “I Feel Pretty” and “Somewhere.”

1. q:How many shows are in my 2011 - 2012 subscription? 

A: Four, Five or Six. Each subscription consists of three Core shows 

(A Christmas Story, West Side Story, Memphis) and your choice of one, 

two or three Flex shows (Shrek, Mamma Mia!, Beauty and the 

Beast). 

2. q: If I order additional attractions, will I have the same seats as 

my series? 

A: No, for additional attractions outside of the Subscription Series 

we are unable to guarantee the same seat location. Requests are 

filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and we do our best to keep 

you as close as possible to your original seats. 

3. q: How will the modified Shrek schedule affect my subscription 

seats? 

A: If you selected a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday night 

subscription you will retain your standard subscription seats. If you 

selected a Friday, Saturday or Sunday subscription series you may 

choose the performance that best suits your schedule. However, 

you will not be guaranteed the same seats as your subscription. 

We do our best to get your seats as close to your series seats as 

possible. 

4. q: We want to bring another person to just one of the shows. 

May we order an extra ticket now? 

A: Not at this time. Subscription Holders pre-sale for individual ticket 

sales will be available July 27 through August 2. If you would like to 

sit together, please notify the box office at 717.534.3405 and an 

exchange form will be sent to you. 

5. q: We can attend all the shows except one. Can we turn that one 

in for a refund? 

A: No, we cannot refund the shows. However, we can exchange the 

tickets for a different performance of the same show. If you cannot 

attend one of the other performances, the tickets may be returned 

(no later than one week in advance of the show) for credit as a 

tax-deductible donation.
