School Opens For Business<br />
The <strong>Teamsters</strong> <strong>Local</strong> <strong>25</strong> Driver Training Program is up and running at<br />
our new location at 333 Terminal St. in Charlestown.<br />
“After a three-year hiatus, the Driver Training<br />
Program has relocated and is training our<br />
members again,” said Sean M. O’Brien,<br />
<strong>Local</strong> <strong>25</strong> President & Principal Officer.<br />
“CDL (commercial drivers license) training is<br />
very important to the future of our membership.<br />
<strong>Local</strong> <strong>25</strong> must do its part to make sure there are<br />
enough properly trained drivers available to our signature<br />
companies.”<br />
If you are interested in obtaining your CDL A license<br />
please call Steve Sullivan, <strong>Local</strong> <strong>25</strong> Recording-<br />
Secretary, at (617) 241-6113.<br />
If you would like to obtain your CDL A License, please secure<br />
the following:<br />
• A valid CDL A Permit;<br />
• Airbrakes Endorsement;<br />
• Union dues must be up-to-date;<br />
• $2,000 tuition cost.<br />
The New England <strong>Teamsters</strong> Federal Credit Union can assist you<br />
with tuition costs.<br />
