Semi-Personal Fitness Training<br />

Monday through Friday 6:00am – 10:00am<br />

Monday/Wednesday/Friday 5:30pm – 6:30pm<br />

Semi-Personal training is for small groups of clients that want the<br />

guidance and motivation of a personal trainer, individualized program<br />

design, the camaraderie of working out with others and a lower cost<br />

solution than traditional personal training.<br />

Forward Motion Boot Camp<br />
