FROM TOP: You're only as good as your crew, and we had the very
best thanks to John Sibley, All Native Garden Center & Plant Nursery
(and FANN President). John promised us that “My guys can move the
whole building if I ask them to.” Exhibitors raved about the easy,
smooth move-in and move-out thanks to our volunteers and John’s
super crew, L-R: Nico Herrera, Oliver Herrera, Juaquin Herrera, Elder
DeLeon. / In a rare moment of ease at his booth – Show Education
Chair Craig Huegel, Ecological Services Associates and Hawthorn Hill
Native Wildflowers. Dr. Huegel prodded FANN growers to put on this
first show, coordinated the Real Florida Landscapes Design Competition
(including a very time-consuming plant roundup and set-up in
the exhibit hall), and taught a very well-received CEU course on native
trees and shrubs. And he’s still smiling. We hope.
