Open to all medical specialties
Any physician licensed to prescribe hormones, including
general practitioners. The purpose of these is to confer the
designation of a full specialty in endocrinology and hormone
therapy.
CERTIFICATES: 5 different kinds of degree will be awarded:

• Hormone Therapy Initiation CERTIFICATE - 72 Hrs

AAMS COURSE
The AAMS - Anti-Aging Medicine Specialization Program is a 2-year
PROGRAM (200 Hours) for an international Post-University Certificate in
Anti-Aging Medical Therapeutics for physicians with leading international
Speakers.
PURPOSE OF THE ANTI-AGING MEDICINE SPECIALIZATION:
• Provide more practical information to physicians on how to efficiently an
safely practice Anti-Aging medicine.
• Provide university level efficient courses with complete theoretical
and practical information on each important topic of Anti-Aging
medicine.
• Provide certificates that attest the attendance of a
physician to such courses, his participation in practical
sessions and, following the level of competence a
physician has achieved, attest the successful passing of a
board exam on the entire field of Anti-Aging medicine.
HOW TO DO IT?
The two years participation consists of a Theoretical year
(100 hours-12 days) and a Practical year (100 hours-12
days). The first and second years are validated by participating
to the AAMS seminars.
WHO MAY ATTEND?
Only licensed physicians may attend the full 2-year program as the
successful passing of the written exam acknowledges that the physician has
an adequate training to prescribe Anti-Aging therapies (including hormone
replacement therapies).
CERTIFICATES
Four different kinds of certificates will be awarded:

•3 rd Year: Hormone Therapy Specialty MASTERS - 320 Hrs of Courses + 80
Hrs of THESIS
Adds a third year (masters): of at least 80 hours of courses with a thesis (an
extensive review of the literature on an endocrine topic or a specialized research
project), plus exam and thesis submitted and formatted for publication.
EXAMS:
An IHS certificate or Diploma in Hormone Therapy requires passing an exam at
the end of each year. The exams are always written and multiple choice.
For the 2nd and 3rd years of the IHS specialty, there is a theoretical
multiple choice test and an exam that covers the practical
application of knowledge with a patient presentation.

the theoretical year (12 days - No Examination).
• "Certificate of Post-University Education in Anti-Aging Medical
therapeutics - Practical" after the accomplishment of the second more
practical year (over 100 Hrs - No Examination)
• "Certificate of Post-University Education in Anti-Aging Medical
therapeutics - Theoretical & Practical - 2 Years" delivered after the
successfully passing of the FINAL EXAMINATION.
FINAL EXAM:
After the 200 Hrs training a final exam has to be sucessfully
passed to obtain the complete Certificate in Anti-Aging
