Took a dose at 7:00 a.m.<br />
• No symptoms.<br />
Took a dose at 5:00 p.m.<br />
Face<br />
• Eruption on right side <strong>of</strong> cheeks; pimple.<br />
Mouth<br />
• Burning sensation in the mouth, especially the tongue.<br />
GIT<br />
• Slight dull pain in the epigastrium.<br />
7 th June 2005<br />
Skin<br />
• Pustular eruption on right side <strong>of</strong> the cheek has reduced, but<br />
new one appeared on the left side and is a little painful.<br />
8 th June 2005<br />
Took a dose at 7:00 a.m.<br />
Mouth<br />
• Burning sensation in the mouth especially left side <strong>of</strong> the<br />
tongue.<br />
Throat<br />
• Pain in the throat while coughing accompanied by pain in the<br />
chest - left side.<br />
• Lump like sensation in the throat on swallowing.<br />
