This philosophical twist on simple health advice every<br />
kid learns in grade school capsulizes what American<br />
Indians have known and practiced for thousands of<br />
years. The healthier your eating and food-growing habits,<br />
the healthier the land around you, and ultimately, the<br />
planet will be, says Enrique Salmon, an assistant professor<br />
in the ethnic studies department at Cal <strong>State</strong> <strong>East</strong> <strong>Bay</strong>.<br />
