EXPERIENCE THE ENDURO
IN ITS NATURAL HABITAT.
Enduro tour: Tunisia.
Tunisia’s deserts are heart-stoppingly beautiful. Your route takes you
across boulder-strewn scree, through the passes of the Dahar
Mountains and little settlements like the cave village of Chenini.
Further south, you’ll ride through a series of small dunes, and then the
high dunes of the Erg Oriental. You’ll spend a night under the stars, an
unforgettable Saharan experience.
Next day, you’ll visit the oasis of Ksar Ghilane and bathe in its springfed
waters. After a half-day rest, a challenging stage takes you across a
band of dunes, back into the mountains and along narrow tracks to the
cave village of Matmata, where you’ll spend the night. You’ll make your
way back to Djerba along narrow, sandy or tarred mountain roads and
traversing a variety of landscapes.
