Double lumen tube with 2<br />

cuffs. One tube (arrow)<br />

opens to multiple holes<br />

between cuffs and is used<br />

to ventilate if tip is in<br />

esophagus. Other lumen<br />

opens beyond distal cuff<br />

and is used to ventilate if<br />

tip is placed in trachea.<br />
