If chosen, I WILL ATTEND one of the following dates listed below for spring training:

I am initialing below to verify that I WILL ATTEND the two MANDATORY training and orientation events:

*****In addition, I agree to fulfill all the Link Crew responsibilities. These include: Maintaining a positive
image in and out of school, not missing more than 3 freshman CONNECT days, going to mandatory meetings,
attending at least 2 outside community service events and participating in the 8 th grade BBQ. If any of these are
violated I will be dismissed from the club and all of my community service hours will be taken away.****
