If chosen, I WILL ATTEND one of the following dates listed below for spring training:<br />

*****In addition, I agree to fulfill all the <strong>Link</strong> <strong>Crew</strong> responsibilities. These include: Maintaining a positive<br />
image in and out of school, not missing more than 3 freshman CONNECT days, going to mandatory meetings,<br />
attending at least 2 outside community service events and participating in the 8 th grade BBQ. If any of these are<br />
violated I will be dismissed from the club and all of my community service hours will be taken away.****<br />
