March 12, 2004<br />
• Activated links to <strong>Solar</strong> <strong>Decathlon</strong> Accessibility Requirements <strong>and</strong> Guidelines <strong>and</strong> Battery Requirements <strong>and</strong> Guidelines documents.<br />
• Revised Regulation 10.3 to achieve consistency with 2003 International Codes <strong>and</strong> 2002 National Electric Code.<br />
• Moved battery-related requirements from Regulation 10.3 to the Battery Requirements <strong>and</strong> Guidelines document.<br />
